Owen May is the Founder and CEO of May Davis Partners, an investment bank and advisor with more than 30 years of experience providing financial and management resources to small-cap and middle-market companies.

Owen has facilitated numerous mergers and acquisitions throughout his career, and has extensive experience in business turnaround and restructuring, corporate finance, IPOs, and business development. Additionally, Owen has led many cross-border transactions and maintains investment interests in Israel, Europe, and China. Owen received an M.B.A. from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business and a B.S. in biology from University of Miami.
