Lucy Chua is a seasoned global executive and senior leader with deep expertise in AI-driven business strategies, cross-border investments, and technology-focused M&A advisory.

She currently serves as Senior Executive Director at ShangZen M&A Consulting, where she advises on strategic investments and acquisitions in the artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, and advanced manufacturing sectors across Asia and North America.

Prior to this role, Lucy was Senior Vice President at Xencio Technology Shanghai Co., where she led initiatives at the intersection of fintech, big data analytics, and AI implementation. She was previously a Partner at NMW Capital, a boutique private equity firm focused on emerging technologies and early-stage growth ventures. Earlier in her career, she served as Investment Director at Zhejiang Kunlun Holding, a diversified investment firm managing assets across energy, media, and technology.

With more than 15 years of experience navigating complex transactions and cross-border deal structures, Lucy is widely recognized for her ability to bridge East-West capital flows and bring AI innovation to commercial scale.
