Adam Berk

Mr. Berk combines over 20 years of experience in capital markets, with a strong track record in both private and public sectors. As the former CEO of Osmio, which later became Grubhub, he played a key role in developing the first patented web-based food ordering system, helping to transform the online meal delivery industry. He went on to found Driven Deliveries, Inc., the world’s first publicly traded cannabis delivery company, pioneering new standards in logistics, compliance, and customer access. Expanding into consumer products, he co-founded HYD for Men, a premium men’s grooming brand focused on high-quality, tailored self-care. After HYD, Mr. Berk served as CEO and Chairman of Stem Holdings (OTC: STEM), a leading multistate cannabis operator with operations in six states and a workforce of over 400 people. He later became President of Irwin, a prominent U.S. vitamin and nutraceutical company, where he grew sales to over $130 million and expanded distribution to more than 100,000 retail locations. He is currently CEO of One Bullion, the largest gold mining and exploration company in Botswana. Mr. Berk holds a degree from the Cornell and an MBA from the University of Miami.
